Ooooh, there is a lot we can learn from James Clear on the topic of goals, which has been the focus on the podcast this month.

James Clear is the author of the #1 New York Times bestseller, Atomic Habits, which has sold more than 5 million copies worldwide and has been translated into more than 50 languages. To be perfectly clear (see what I did there), he is not a guest on this episode, but perhaps that should be added to my goals list!

In this episode, there is still so much to learn from him however as I introduce 3 of his powerful ideas - ideas which can potentially yield fantastic results on your goal setting journey. If you are a student or new graduate, this will be some important food for thought and for anything that resonates, implementation (such as the goal competition piece- maybe you don't want to have too many goals you are striving towards while also coming to the end of a degree and applying for jobs!)
