067: Why it is essential to get out of your comfort zone

Listen Later

"Do one thing every day that scares you." - Eleanor Roosevelt

These powerful words kick off this episode - an episode all about the importance of getting out of your comfort zone.

Getting out of your comfort zone is important because that is where your personal development happens.  Progress happens. Goals are reached for and met.

Not getting out of your comfort zone is akin to being stagnant and chances are, you don't want that. Do you? I know I don't.
