GOAL SETTING at the beginning of a new year is one thing... reviewing and resetting goals is another. There's something about it that feels practical and nuanced among the big dreams and ambitions.
For some, the last quarter may have been a reminder that we cannot do all of the things all the time, so as we shift into a new season and a new quarter it is often beneficial to step back, reflect and reset (existing and new) goals.
This short (less than 12-minute) episode encourages you to do exactly that. Reset.
Remember, as always - physically write down goals (don't let them just ricochet in your head!). I'd love you to share one of them with me - whether obviously CAREER focused or more academic or lifestyle focused. Most importantly though, do this for yourself. The time is going to pass anyway. You may as well have some renewed purpose for it.
