"An asset value of £2m, with a cashflow of £72, 000"

Shiv joined the Property Entrepreneur Board in 2017 and as true Tempo (Wealth Dynamics Profile) has relentlessly executed the tried and tested Property Entrepreneur Blueprints and methodologies to successfully scale his business, Lifestyle Property People.

 

During this period, Shiv has gone from sourcing four properties a year to building a team to do over 60 properties a year, generating fees in excess of £600,000 pa.

 

Shiv now works on the business rather than it in which gives him the time to work with a High Net Worth Joint Venture partner.  With the investor providing all the funds on a 50/50 basis, and the implementation done by Shiv’s team, this has enabled Shiv to buy 20 Buy to Lets to date and growing, with an asset value of £2m, cashflow of £72,000.  Combined with a 7% pa potential growth, this along with the cashflow would equate to £100,000 pa.  All done using someone else’s money and his team to do the work.
