With over twenty years of experience in the field of addiction and mental health, Wendy is a seasoned professional, who not only possesses a comprehensive understanding of the recovery process, but psychiatric issues as well.

Wendy shares her dramatic story of shooting her husband's mistress in a drug-induced psychotic break, to becoming a writer and alcohol/drug counselor who's 25 years sober. Sarah and Wendy discuss forgiveness, soul work, and the trappings of the ego.
