My guests today is Mark J. Podolsky (AKA The Land Geek) and Scott Todd. The are co-hosts of the great podcast, The Art of Passive Income.

Mark is widely considered the Country’s most trusted and foremost authority on buying and selling raw, undeveloped land within the United States. After spending 20 years in corporate America and being a VP of a Fortune 300 company, Scott Todd decided to follow his passion and found his niche in real estate.  After discovering Mark’s podcast in October 2014, Scott decided to take action and started seeing results within 2 weeks! Scott is the co-host of the Art of Passive Income with Mark and also the creator of posting domination.
