Recent conversations with some incredible young people early on their career journey reminded me how important CONFIDENCE is when it comes to career progression. 

In fact, I recently did a workshop on "Career Clarity and Confidence" for  a recruitment company and experiencing the engagement in the topic further reminded me how valuable it is to talk about this.
