They talk about trips they took this summer (including Zach's visit to a naked spa and the body positivity/body neutrality/embodiment stuff that involves), while also discussing Zach's recent realization that after 41 years of not liking beer or wine, and only kinda liking cider, what he really likes is Tiki drinks.
