Quarantine life has been a very unique time for all of us. Will life ever be back to what we’re used to? Do we want it to be the same as before or are we excited to use it as a big life reset and start with a fresh slate? There are so many questions right now! In this episode, BP is sharing what some of her friends have learned about themselves during quarantine. She also offers some suggestions of what we can ask ourselves as we start moving forward post quarantine. She teaches how we can all be conscious and intentional of what we add back in so we can truly cultivate the feeling we want to have in our life.
