Hypnobirthing is hippy-dippy nonsense; it's JUST breathing; it's only for homebirth/water birth/natural birth - we've all heard them before. People have a lot of preconceptions about hypnobirthing.

Let me tell you what hypnobirthing is with Birthing Parents Club! I'll be debunking these myths along with giving you a bit of an introduction in to what hypnobirthing actually is.
