In today's episode, I give you a step-by-step approach to removing foods that give you blood sugar issues and if removed, will lead to better blood sugar balance and overall better health. Once your blood sugar and insulin issues have resolved, some of these foods can be added back in in small amounts. The goal is to not never have a carb again!

I also tell you some non-food things that can imbalance blood sugar as well. It's a very juicy episode! I hope you get a lot out of it! :)
