I get it, for soooo long we have had pounded into our heads that working out is solely to lose weight, solely to lose inches, solely to gain confidence and muscle and strength, or tone, or look a certain way, or gain more energy, or even just to be healthy. But are those things bad? absolutely not! However, those benefits of putting in the work shouldn't be the first and primary reason we're putting in the work. In this episode we're chatting about who and what the Benefactor actually is concerning our health and fitness and then what those benefits/results are. Then diving a little further about how it's so important that when on our journey we have our goals in our work not just be driven by the benefits but by the Benefactor.
