We'll see over and over again the great power of God's redemptive love & how nothing can disqualify us from His love and plans for our lives! 

Today we are going to talk about 10 lies that the enemy has used against us this last year or maybe years that we no longer are allowing to control our future. We're laying the lies down at the Lords feet and picking up and embracing the TRUTH He provides for 2026 and years to come! It's time to stop giving these lies the power and EMBRACE the truths the Lord has for us!

Today I help give you some guidance on eating through the holidays and how consistency and discipline is possible while also NOT having a legalistic, rigid, all or nothing mentality, and of course we link scripture and HIS Truth to it all; keeping Him the center and focus ESPECIALLY through this season that is alll about Him anyways!! Where JOY and Discipline in food collides!

Is spiritual warfare even a thing? Like LEGIT? yessssss maam!! It's intense, its insane but the good thing? Typically if we are under attack by satan and his dumb minions it's usually because the Lord is doing something in us, we are growing, and we are doing something right and the enemy can't STAND that!! he hates it!!

Are you struggling with your eating? do you feel like you just can't stop eating? does it seem to control you more than you controlling what goes into your mouth? Food doesn't get to have a say sis. The enemy is using food and sugar and food addiction or food shame as I like to call it, more than ever and we got to put a stop to it! Food is our fuel not his fuel in order to gain control over us! he doesn't get to win this battle. Its so easy to fall into that worldly pride vibe, and forget our focus, forget who gave us this body to begin with. It's honestly a hard battle day after day at times. But we CAN as believers be confident in who we are, the results we achieve, and that's because we know those results come from HIM! its so easy in todays culture and society, especially in the fitness world to work hard for the "Gosh you got hot" or "mama you are looking good" kinda compliments, the approval, the looks, or maybe the shock effect when you completely change and transform your life. BUT, what if no one saw it. What if no one complimented? What if no one even noticed you showing up in your fitness journey and habits each day? Would you still do it? Would you still have the same excitement and discipline or work ethic as you do now?
