Today is a special episode, as Krystle is sharing all about her first C-section birth with her beautiful baby, Brooke. As you’ll hear, Krystle has never shared the whole story all at once, and in this episode, she opens up about a lot of things that moms typically don’t talk about. This is a very personal account of the way she processed the emotions that came up for her immediately after having her C-section birth, and she also reveals how she prepared for it, the physical and emotional impact that accompanied the birth, and much more.

We think that this is a topic that needs to be discussed openly, and we hope this episode starts a conversation and brings more awareness and education about what can be done to improve the process of having a C-section birth, or even to avoid having one.
