Inclusive Employers celebrates their 10th birthday in May 2021 at a time when inclusion has never had a greater profile in the media, in work, in our conversations and in our lives.

Richard tells us why there was a need to place focus on inclusion ten years ago, at a time when many organisations didn't understand the meaning of workplace inclusion.  We also talk about how inclusion has progressed over the last 10 years; what we want to change today; plus a little look into the future to see what the next 10 years may look like.
