Hey #HEALTHYHUNNIES!  In this video, I outline the 5 best vegetables to add to your diet for maximum weight loss and healthy lifestyle.  These veggies are fantastic because they are packed with healthy nutrition and have high satisfaction levels!  They taste great, fit into any diet plan, and will help you lose weight naturally.    1. Potatoes 🥔🍠 2. Dark Leafy Greens 🥬 3. Broccoli or Dark Green Veggies 🥦 4. Corn 🌽 5.  Mushrooms 🍄   Adding these vegetables to your meal with promote weight loss and a healthy starch, vegan diet plan.  One added benefit of eating vegetables is the ability to make you full without increasing the total calorie intake.  For my clients, I focus on creating weight loss meal plans that are high in vegetables such as sweet potatoes, corn, mushrooms, broccoli, and other green veggies rich in nutrients.   If you don’t know who I am - hey!
