usually we have some pretty deep emotional and connectedness kind of feels going on in the pod but today I wanted to give some soft guidelines and some knowledge to help you whether you are trying to lose weight, gain strength, or maintain. Knowledge is power and it's wise to keep growing. I just don't want you to get overwhelmed with too much, leading you to analysis paralysis. So we keep it simple today with some answers and comparisons/ benefits of strength vs aerobic activity and how much to do according to your goals! But the focus always remains the same. We are not in this journey to lose a lb or lbs* its not a quest to simply get skinny but rather evidence of obedience to God, caring for our temples, creating a healthy dwelling place for His spirit!
