Australian-Sri-Lankan comedian Dilruk Jayasinha rapidly achieved his dreams in his comedic career after leaving his former job as an accountant.
The disciplined and growth-driven mindset that successfully saw him transfer careers also helped him finally get sober after years of relying on alcohol.
But after suffering a heart attack in 2022 at the age of 37, Dilruk shares with Mark his challenges in changing his relationship with food, and how forming his comedy around his own challenges has taken a toll.
