Both are equally important and can be combined for optimum results. It's not about how much time or energy we put in, but rather how we use it.

Sacrifice is also a crucial aspect of hard work. It may be necessary to give up certain luxuries or free time in order to achieve our goals. However, it's important to assess when the sacrifice becomes too much. It's crucial to maintain a healthy work-life balance and avoid burning out.
