In this episode we talk to runner Phil Decker. Phil Decker is currently 46 years old and you can find him in the running groups. He is one of us, training for that next marathon and his times were not too shabby either. He is a Boston runner. So it was shocking to hear when he was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer this January. Phil talks to us about his diagnosis, how he chose to deal with it, and how he has been spreading awareness and fundraising while fighting cancer.
