On today’s episode we talk about the problems that excuses and inaction cause in teams and projects. Both of us have been “blocked” and have felt the frustration of team members making excuses for not getting the work done. Today we share some experiences we’ve had with this issue.

However we also offer advice on how to deal with a late project, tardiness or unmet expectation. So give this episode a listen and try to not to be “that guy.”
