You don't have to play along with societal narratives that tell you that you have to be achieving all the time or that you're behind if you don't hit X by age X.

You can opt out at any moment and define success on your own terms. Leave the matrix and old paradigm that defines success as how much money you have, what you've accomplished or how large your goals are.

You can choose to tap into the pleasure, gratitude and appreciation that's available every day to you instead.
