Listen Later

Dear soul,

It’s hard to connect with yourself, when you’re so driven for achievement and suffer with anxiety.  I know.

In last week’s episode I shared about the importance of connecting with yourself, in order to connect with others.

In this episode, I’m going to share with you some simple, practical ways you can use grounding and centering, with simple things you can do tucked right into the day-to-day routines you already have in place, in order to connect with yourself.

Wishing you freedom to live the life you want, despite anxiety,

Katy
