In the news section of the show Maine and Emil talk about IBJJF banning the BJJ Globetrotters Affiliation, how this affects many of the grapplers in the sport so close to Pans, and how it also affects some world medalists.  We also talk a bit about Beltchecker.com and possible links between the two.  We also laugh at Gordon cleaning up the absolute division at the Arnold Classic this weekend. 

In the recap section we talk about Fight to Win 137 in Denver, Co Headlined by Lucas Barbosa vs. Roberto Jimenez that ended in a stunning armbar and earned the two grapplers Fight Of The Night honors.  We talk about the veteran passing from Hulk, and some similarities that we seen between Nicholas Meregali and Roberto Jimenez in both the way the throw up submissions and in their approach in matches. We talk about Michael Liera defeats Marcio Andre Decision for the Welterweight title, and Jake Watson last second omaplata attempt over Rudson Mateus that allowed him to take the judges decision over Rudson.  We also talk about the Submission of the night for the Black Belts, some other stand out matches; and the highlight matches from the rest of the card.  

In the preview section of the show we preview Third Coast Grappling 4 that has changed significantly since the outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19) This card has turned into locals only and is a showcasing some of the best talent in the Houston area.  We talk about Texas Grapplers William Tackett, his brother Andrew Tackett, and his 1 vs. 3 match where his opponents have to submit him to earn $1500, we talk about Lucas Valentes matchup, and more.

In the preview of Fight to Win 138 in Dallas Texas, we talk about Raphael Lovato Jr staying active in the BJJ scene since his retirement from MMA, and relinquishment of the Bellator title. We take a look at Lovato’s matchup with Vinicius "Trator" Ferreira.

We preview Matheus Gabriel vs. Gianni Grippo, and take a look at what Gianni has been competing in as of recently.  Including some IBJJF opens and absolute classes.  We look at Ygao de Souza vs Jaime Canuto, who Emil thinks is a different guy, as well as the matches from Third Coast that have been added to this card including Vagner Rocha, vs Mike Perez, as well as Oliver Taza, and Ethan Crelinsten being added to this card. 

In the outro section of the show we talk about the possibility of IBJJF Pans 2020 being cancelled.  As well as Maine having to drop a bunch of weight and diet for the next few weeks to make weight.
