A few weeks ago I was interviewed by Kathy Zant from the Coach Factory podcast, and we had a really rich conversation about coaching, transformation, and what it means to help people wake up to who they really are.

This is a brief clip from that interview (11 minutes) that explores something fundamental about human nature and how we perceive ourselves. It touches on evolution, consciousness, and why most people spend their lives experiencing themselves through other people's eyes without even realizing it.

And it points to what becomes possible when you wake up to who you really are - not from a distance, but from zero millimeters away; what some Buddhists describe as "the face you were born with".
