Hot off the press of Dulux’s annual Colour of the year announcement, Sophie and Kate talk

all things colour trends with Creative Director of Dulux, Marianne Shillingford. The colour all

our walls will be wearing next year is Sweet embrace, a delicate pink, with a tinge of lilac

nudging towards a cool grey. It’s a response to continued pressures stresses and starins we

are all suffering under. It’s not quite the optimistic party colour Kate and Sophie were

hoping for, but that’s coming Marianne assures us, but the masses aren’t quite ready for it
