This week we've got a special report from the Outlaw Half Nottingham, where Helen was racing.  You'll hear from Mark Threlfall who smashed the course record in the men's race and Gill Fullen who stormed to victory in the women's race in her first triathlon since undergoing treatment for breast cancer.  You'll also hear from Race Director Iain Hamilton about how the Outlaw has become so successful and their plans for a new race next season. 

Our interview of the week is with World Champion Triathlete Timothy O'Donnell.   The American tells us about his switch from his career in the military to becoming a full time professional athlete, how he met his now wife Mirinda Carfrae in the glamorous location of the medical tent...and how watching her compete at Kona in 2010 made him decide to focus on longer distance racing.  We also hear about how his coach Mark Allen has helped to develop him as an athlete, his thoughts on impending parenthood and why he loves a good glass of bon plonk.
