In this episode I'm sharing a very powerful self healing meditation that I originally created for my Inner Circle this past month. I had such great feedback of the energetic shifts that occurred that I felt called to share with all of you!

This is a meditation that incorporates key codes, healing alchemy and energetic attunements. It's a combination of my own work as well as a few excerpts from Paul Selig's books that I personally use daily that bring healing to the physical body.
