This week on the Grappling Rewind Maine and a meal break down Craig Jones leg lock entries versus Gordan Ryan and talk about the differences in their approach to their common opponent Vinny Magalhaes.

In the news section we talk about all of the instructional of Maine has been purchasing recently.  We talk about a number of promotions that have announced events for the future.   and we talk about some matchup’s that were announced prior to the show being recorded earlier in the day.

In the recap section we talk about all three of Craig Jones matches versus Gordan Ryan and the similarities and differences in strategy that both grapplers took in all three matches.  In ADCC, EBI, and Quintet.  We talk about the differences in rule sets as well as some of the contacts between all of their matchups historically.  

We then take a look at a number of Craig Jones other matches including his ADCC matches with Leandro Lo and Mason Fowler.  We talk about his dynamism of top game and his guillotine.  Main also talks about having recently purchased his instructional where he shows the very guillotine he uses in many of his matches.  

In the outro section the hosts talk about UFC 249 and some of the crazy matchups on the card including Fabricio Werdum vs Olinik that has the potential to end in No-Gi  Ezekiel choke.  We talk about a number of the title fights on the card and main talks about potentially doing a fight companion for the broadcast using all of the new streaming equipment that Grappling Rewind has set up.
