To be clear - this is not a comprehensive political discussion, but rather an attempt to provide strategies and perspectives to help regulate our nervous systems and move forward with purpose.

I emphasize the importance of recognizing that we are all energetic beings, and the thoughts and emotions we hold can be contagious. I encourage listeners to replace fearful and anxious thoughts with healing, faith-based perspectives, while acknowledging the validity of their feelings.

I then provide three actionable steps to help listeners navigate this challenging time:

1. Breathe - Take deep, intentional breaths to calm the mind and body, and follow the cadence and strategy I mention in the episode.
2. Move - To your ability, release the pent-up emotions and energy, so that it doesn't get stored in the 3 major areas of the body I talk about in this episode.
3. Decide - Reflect on the voice you want to be and the difference you want to make, then act accordingly. Recognize that we all have different roles to play, whether as activists, prayer warriors, or financial supporters.
