This week we catch up with Beth Potter.  In summer 2016 Beth represented GB in the 10,000m at the Rio Olympics whilst working as a physics teacher. Roll on 12 months and not only is she representing GB again on the track at the World Athletics Championships, but she is also a full-time triathlete.  The British 10km champion quit her job at the end of 2016 and moved up to Leeds to train with the world's best triathletes as she bids to represent Team GB in triathlon at Tokyo 2020.  Not only is Beth training with the world's best but she's living with them too - Jonny Brownlee is her landlord.  It is a really fun interview!
