Today we talk about a very polarizing aspect of business: Age. Some businesses favor youth others snub youth. During today’s episode we express our opinion on the subject.

Although age can play a factor in culture or feedback it isn’t a sign of capability. Somebody losing an opportunity because of age is very upsetting to us. We tell you how age is generally handled in the startup world. Keep in mind this varies from company to company, but today’s episode is about the generality.
