Welcome to the Property Entrepreneur Hall of Fame, it gives me great pleasure to announce fellow Board Members Rohit Santa & Roberto Scandian to the Property Entrepreneur Hall of Fame!

These chaps are a fantastic duo and they've gone from zero to £6m in under three years.

They've completed their first deal, which is one Financial Fortress in one deal, and they're working on their second replica deal as we speak, which is nearing completion.

These guys are turning deals away now that they've built a business that doesn't just rely on them, it's got a team, it's got systems and they are now at the point where they're able to turn deals away because they know what success looks like and what it doesn't.

These are two very experienced individuals using the blueprint to an absolute T, it's a really fantastic interview which really gets into the insights of what it takes to succeed in business and development.
