Josh and Michael look at one of the practice-changing papers that tried to address how to manage high-risk patients. This study is called Soft and Text. It asked if adding ovarian suppression to aromatase inhibitors was better than ovarian suppression with selective estrogen receptor modulators (SERMs) to reduce the risk of recurrence in premenopausal women.
