This week on the show Maine and Emil break down the weeks professional grappling events.  We recap Submission Underground 15 (SUG) Headlined by Craig Jones, and an 8 man 10k bracket, we also recap Third Coast Grappling Kumite 2 that saw some of the most prestigious grapplers above 180 lbs go at it in the Gi for 10k, we also recap Fight to Win 144 Headlined by Hulk Vs Lovato.  After that we preview Fight to Win 145 featuring Xande Ribeiro making his F2W debut, and Garry Tonon making his return to the stage.  

In the news section of the show we talk about some announced upcoming cards Xande coming back to compete, and the weekends controversial UFC stoppage. 

In the recap section we kick it off with the 8 man 10,000 dollar bracket to see who will face Craig Jones. We recap the Quarter finals matches between Kody Steele vs Andy Varela, Mason Fowler overtime win, and Roberto Jimenez slick triangle finish of Nathan Orchard in regulation a set up we would see repeated in the semi finals against Hunter Colvin who faced Adam Bradley in the quarters. In the semis we recapped Roberto Jimenez submission over Hunter Colvin. Then the final of Mason Vs Roberto that saw Mason take home 10k and a rematch with Craig Jones. 

In our recap of Third Coast Grappling Kumite 2 we break down the greatest moments of the event, we talk about Victor Hugos submission win in the finals over Fellipe Andrew via a battle of Estima locks.  We talk about his Bow and Arrow Ezekiel finish of Jonnatas Gracie, and the rest of the 10k bracket matches. 

In our recap of F2W 144 we talk about Lucas “Hulk” Barbosa submission win over long time Light Heavyweight champ Rafael Lovato via armbar in Submission of the Night for the card, we also talk about Ewin Najmi flying triangle set ups, and some other matches on the card. 

In the preview section of the card we take a look at Third Coast Grappling Kumite 3 that has some matches so well put together that we cant even pick them. Roberto Jimenez vs Tye Routolo Maine and Emil talk about the hot streak in No-Gi that Pedro Marinho is on and how we think Johnny Tamavs John Combs could shake out, plus how well Vagner Rocha deals with the mental game of competing. 

We also briefly discuss NFC BJJ 7 Battle of the Blues streaming on flograppling and Copa Podio Iron Brown Belt streaming free of YouTube. 

In the outro section of the show Maine talks about the running he has been doing and Emil talks about how Yoga progression is like BJJ.
