  1. How do you want to celebrate Valentine’s Day? Take some pressure off, and make it a collaborative process to plan this day in a way that really meets both your needs. Conversation: “Is there anything that would make V-day extra special to you?”
  2. The wounded feminine (in both of men and women) can be activated around V-day and will play out in hiding her desires, making it hard to win. Ladies, it is HOT when you can put into words what would please you most. Conversation: “What would you do if you had it all your way?
  3. Understanding your love language (google it ;)) can help your partner understand what fills you up and makes you feel safe and cared for. Notice where your partner lights up but doesn’t always prioritize for themselves. Conversation: “What would feel indulgent/spoiling to you?” (permission to take what inspires you)
