Are you okay? It's the question that changed everything for Jess Bargenquast. Because as a mum, a wife, and an employee, Jess was far from okay.  The pressures of life, the motherload, and the constant people pleasing led her to breaking point Then, just as she'd started to put the pieces back together, Jess's dad took his own life, and she hit rock bottom.
