We deeply apologize for our absence but it was only because we needed this time to take a much needed break. In this episode, we talk all about our experience traveling to the U.K. and Germany. We spent 6 days exploring London and 8 Days of visiting Toya's hometown of Bitburg and watching her favorite NFL team play (The Chiefs) play in Germany. We also left you with some tips on how to stay "active and fit" while traveling and we included some examples of how we moved in different environments.  This episode, was fun, insightful, and full knowledge.
