After 27 years in the healing arts, Stone Chi Massage founder Dena Jackson is still passionate about nurturing and caring for her loyal clientele. She loves to blend the modalities such as Shiatsu Therapy, Thermotherapy and Tui Nai meridian massage to rejuvenate, re-energize, and bring each client back to a pain-free inner state of balance.
Stone Chi Massage was founded in 2001, when founder Dena Jackson started to travel extensively, practicing and teaching stone massage. In 1999, she was the first massage practitioner to bring La Stone Therapy to Canada. After two years of serving a clientele of A-list film stars at the Sutton Place Hotel, Dena became Canada’s first certified La Stone therapy instructor.
Three years later, Dena created Stone Chi Therapy – a modality that incorporates pressure points and deep pressure massage with hot and cold stones.
