Today's episode is a real TREAT (pun intended) - I'm chatting with Carrie C, who works as a substance use disorder counselor and also happens to be an incredible part of our BUWS Warrior community.  She's one of many who has found freedom and peace after breaking free from food addiction and some maaaaajor diet drama and trauma. We get into the real talk about the value in the “gift of desperation,” why the number on the scale does not define you, and the misconceptions about having to do this thing “perfectly.” I’m so excited for you to hear her story.
