In Episode 214 I sit down once again with Sean McCormick. Sean is no stranger to the show and is a local friend of mine who is heavily into biohacking! Sean and I had the crazy idea of trying a 5-day dry fast after reading the book “The Phoenix Protocol”. Just to be clear a dry fast is NO fluids and NO food, absolutely nothing! We decided to sit down and record a pre-game show talking about the what the dry fast is and why we were intrigued to try it! At the Completion of the fast, we are going to record a post-game show going into detail what the experience entailed! Please enjoy episode 214 of the Endless Endeavor Podcast.

In Episode 213 I sit down with Angela Roughton. Ang and I became close in 2015 as she went through a traumatic divorce and our families merged and leaned on each other through some serious hardships. I welcomed her children into my family like they were blood, and her family did the same for me and my family. The next several years were tough, financially, emotionally, and spiritually, but together our families found support within each other and overcame massive adversity. Today Angela tells her story of turmoil, darkness and abuse that set her life on a trajectory that forced her to become the strong confident woman she is today! This is a story that is important for so many young ladies out there who are currently in that dark place! Please enjoy episode 213 of the Endless Endeavor Podcast.

In Episode 212 I sit down with Jenny Fuentes. Jenny is a veteran, a current law enforcement officer, and an absolute savage athlete! She has a background in CrossFit, powerlifting and most recently jiu jitsu! Jenny is the girl that crushes stereotypes and proves women are capable of so much more than many realize! When she puts her hands on you there’s no question of whether or not you’re in a fight! Jenny has an undeniably powerful energy that I love having on our mats! Please enjoy episode 212 of the Endless Endeavor Podcast.

In Episode 210 I sit down with Adam Livesay. Adam recently joined our Jiu Jitsu team and has brought with him a wealth of knowledge in so many different aspects of life! He was a lifelong athlete, however after a catastrophic injury his fitness was derailed, and his primary focus became entrepreneurship and later launching his company Elevat. Adam discusses what that path entailed and how he rediscovered health, fitness and grappling later in life! He’s an incredible human being and I’m grateful he spent a few hours sharing his wisdom! Please enjoy episode 210 of the Endless Endeavor Podcast.

In Episode 209 we do another solocast. We dive deep into how to be the solution to the current climate that is plaguing both the United States and the entire Western World. We either choose fear and laziness to dictate our lives, or we choose courage and discipline. It’s one or the other and it's 100% up to you! The future of both your life and the country are depending on us choosing to prioritize excellence, and the time to start is tomorrow! Please enjoy episode 209 of the Endless Endeavor Podcast.

In Episode 208 we take another deep dive with Tobin and Tyler. Two of my best friends and we just have fun and see where the podcast takes us! Resistance, government corruption, spirituality, jiu jitsu, plant medicines! We touch on just about everything in today’s episode! I’d say today’s theme is this “Chop Wood and Carry Water”! Tyler’s verbiage for people to embrace becoming somewhat self-sufficient and not have to rely on outsourcing everything! First time we’ve all kicked in in the new studio together! Please enjoy episode 208 of the Endless Endeavor Podcast.

In Episode 207 I sit down with my friend Jereme Bounds. Jereme is someone I immediately took a liking to, he’s a great human being and easy to talk to and get to know. His kids attend my jiu jitsu class and he recently pulled me aside seeking advice on pursuing health and fitness as he recently tipped the scales at over 300lbs. I shot him straight and told him what I’d recommend he changes, and he jumped all in. It’s only been a week, and I know that’s nothing in the grand scheme of things, but I want to highlight his story as he took those initial steps to change his ways because so many Americans are sitting in that purgatory and failing to get on the path. Every action starts with a thought and then followed by action and I believe Jereme has set his life on a new trajectory. Please enjoy episode 207 of the Endless Endeavor Podcast.

In Episode 206 I sit down with my Brother Johnny Martinez. Johnny and I first connected when he attended a Guns & Gis as a student. We then went to Costa Rica together to attend an Ayahuasca Ceremony and a true bond was formed! He’s a former Marine, and savage jiu jitsu practitioner and someone that has really delved into growth and healing through the use of plant medicine ceremonies. I really enjoyed this episode taking a dive into being present and having intention behind everything you do. I think a little cannabis helped set the tone! Please enjoy episode 206 of the Endless Endeavor Podcast.

In Episode 204 I sit down with my friend Joshua Dukes. Joshua and I became friends online as we both walked a similar path as first responders that ultimately left the profession because of the Covid Pandemic! After we connected, we kicked the idea of a Maui Axis deer hunt together and last weekend he and his boys guided me and Zach on an unforgettable adventure! A powerful friendship was forged over three long days hunting hard in the woods together. In today’s episode, we dive deep into hunting in Hawaii, and then also tell Joshua’s story going from a standout firefighter to being terminated over taking a stand for personal freedom during the pandemic. Joshua and his family are some of the best human beings I’ve ever met, and I am excited to forge a friendship that will undoubtedly last a lifetime! Please enjoy episode 204 of the Endless Endeavor Podcast.
