MATT ONOFRIO | Matt Onofrio has a Doctorate in Anesthesia from Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. He is the founder and CEO of WMV, a commercial real estate investment company in Eau Claire, WI which specializes in the acquisition of triple-net commercial assets for both its founder and investors across several states. He is the sole owner of a $100M+ NNN commercial real estate portfolio and has been involved in over $500 million of commercial real estate transactions. Matt's book The Insiders Guide to Triple Net Investing will be released Sept 2022 from BiggerPockets. His hobbies are traveling, running, playing guitar, and he is bilingual in Spanish.

Matt was born in Fort Collins, CO and currently resides in Eau Claire, WI. He spent his early years moving from one place to another as his parents were doing mission work. He traveled the country from 7-11 years old and was in Mexico City from 11-16 where he was home schooled.

Matt paid his way through college and has credits from ten different universities. At one point, he was a horse wrangler and then became a firefighter for five years. He also went to nursing school and has a background in anesthesia at the Mayo Clinic. While in school, he was able to make $61k from partnering to buy an apartment building. 

Now, Matt is focused on building his Commercial Real Estate portfolio.
