As Covid-19 restrictions begin to ease, it's important to take a moment to reflect on what this taught us, allow it to highlight what is important to us and also to decide what we want our new normal to be. We are the product of our environment and if 2020 has taught us anything, is that if we want to make a change on the outside, we must first start on the inside. It is going to start with unlearning what you know and creating the future you want to live in to. Here's to a new normal we can all enjoy and thrive in.
