Making your body a higher priority…dealing with negative thoughts about your body…constantly feeling discouraged about your habits and your progress. If I had to take a wild guess, you struggle with these things on a regular basis.

The truth is that your thought life, the things you think and believe in your mind, is powerful and can completely drive the boat. If you have negative thoughts, maybe shameful, distrustful, neglectful or unworthy thoughts about yourself and your body, it completely impacts how you show up to care for it.

I’ve invited Sara Sery back on the show with me today. She’s a coach and mentor that works with moms like you to help reroute your thought life and to experience small, but significant breakthroughs. But the coolest part is that she’s going to help us do this by showing us how Jesus and the sweet gospel applies to all areas of our thought life, even our self care.

We talk about neuroplasticity, thought management, habit stacking, shame, priorities, and why your brain is a scary place - all the juicy stuff.

Sara is the founder of the super popular counseling group Bad Christian Moms, and has many groups and programs to help moms overcome their negative thought patterns and create new thoughts.
