Our guest this week is Australian pro Cam Wurf. The former World Champion rower and pro cyclist broke the bike course record at Kona 2017, to top off an impressive season which saw him win Ironman Wales and also finish on the podium at Ironman Sweden.  In a wide-ranging interview Wurf talks about his training, life as an elite cyclist and switching to become a pro triathlete.
