Today I said I was gonna keep it "short and snappy" well, lol I did not, we went on multiple rabbit holes. But the main message here is we need to drop the mask, drop the filter, in our fitness, in our faith, in our relationships/marriages, and relationship with Jesus! He never asked us to wear the mask in the first place! Today I take you through how we even got started with wearing a filter/mask in the first place. I hope this blesses you today and you feel the peace an freedom to BE YOU!
