We also discuss his possible motivations and some training partners at Atos such as Hulk, who is also making his MMA debut.  As well as training with Israel Adesanya training at Atos, that may have led to this decision/

In the recap section of the show we follow Kade Rouotolo as he slaps his way to victory we discuss some of the advancements in his game that we have seen over the past few years and discuss his remarkable buggy choke finish in the finals against PJ Barch. We also discuss the quarterfinals matches and the semi-finals matches of the tournament including the Keith Krikorian special match that he ended it via TKO.

In the preview section of the show we discuss all of the matchups that have been announced for WNO card headlined by Rodolpho Vieira versus Kaynan Duarte, and the stacked card.

In our preview of IBJJF American Nationals we run through the Gi matches for the men's and women's Black Belt divisions.

In the outro section of the show Maine and Zak discuss lifting, the lack of holiday plans, and what Maine has been watching on his vacation, including strongman.
