​​​​​​​We continue to bring you the biggest and best names in triathlon this week as World Champion Flora Duffy joins us on the podcast.  Duffy is one of the most experienced triathletes on the circuit.  She has seen it all; from finishing 8th at the 2006 Commonwealth Games as a teenager, in only her second ever Olympic distance race, to being crowned Xterra World Champion FOUR times.  The likeable Bermudan, who defended her ITU WTS World title in 2017, also talks about her struggles with health issues and taking time out after the 2008 Olympics.
