This week on the UFD podcast I’m joined by Hugh Massie, the executive chairman and founder of DNA Behavior International, a behavioural data analytics company based in Atlanta, Georgia 🇺🇸

Hugh's journey from Sydney to Atlanta is fascinating - starting as a chartered accountant and then creating a whole system for analysing behavioral patterns related to financial decisions.

Hugh made the point that behind every problem is behaviour and we kept coming back to how understanding these core behavioural styles impacts everything from company culture to profitability. 

We discussed leadership traits and how they influence decision-making. As Hugh put it, “You could put 10 leaders around a table with the same case facts and you'll get different decisions depending on styles.” This explains so much about why some leadership teams struggle to align!
