Hugh made the point that behind every problem is behaviour and we kept coming back to how understanding these core behavioural styles impacts everything from company culture to profitability. 

We discussed leadership traits and how they influence decision-making. As Hugh put it, "You could put 10 leaders around a table with the same case facts and you'll get different decisions depending on styles." This explains so much about why some leadership teams struggle to align!
