Postpartum is a season of life that can leave women feeling one of two things: "what's the big deal?! I LOVED this season!" or, "this terrifies me beyond words." We have covered postpartum, ways to prepare yourself for it through a support network, caring for your mentality, being grounded in Jesus, hormone prep, intimacy with your man WITHOUT having sex, & amazing food & supplements to keep your body nourished & upbeat. However, sometimes this season just hits HARD, fast, & furious, and we feel alone, worthless, & live in a very, very dark place inside our heads & hearts. Not because we want to, may I add...but because sometimes it's just HARD.
